Handleiding voor het Maken van de Submisson Argreement en Order Agreement

This Manual offers a series of general guidelines for the identification and definition of agreements and arrangements on ingest, storage, access and preservation services for audiovisual materials and collections, that are offered to the Digital Archive of the NISV by its data producers and donors. The document consists of an introduction and a checklist of all elements and action points that should be part of Submission Agreements and Order Agreements, divided over the phases in the process (preparation, formal definition, transfer and validation). Appendix 1 (Bijlage 1) contains the NISV’s main categories of dataproducers and donors, including a list of the general requirements these groups have, as to ingest, storage, accessibillity and preservation of their collections.
